Tuesday – Still in Mazatlán, Mexico
Today we went on a tour to Stone Island. We went on a boat and saw a bunch of rocks (in the ocean) like oceans. I took pictures. Umm, we got off the boat onto Stone Island and we got to choose two activities to do. Most of us chose snorkeling and riding on the banana boats. Some others rode on horses instead of banana boat. Yeah, we went snorkeling and the tour guide said we’d see sea urchins and stingrays and sharks. But we didn’t. We saw NOTHING! The water was murky green, so that was a bust. Everyone kept saying, “You can’t see shit down there” hehe! Then we had lunch, I had chicken and everyone else had like quesadillas and other meats. Pretty good food, after that we went on the banana boats. It was a lot like tubing at the lake but the waves were smaller at the lake. Fun! It’s something that I want to do again soon. So yeah. Now we’re, (Meryl, Eddie and me) are in Meredith and Susie’s room, they’re in bed and the adults are going downstairs to have a drink. So ttyl!

Present day me: I remember this day. It was more exciting and active that our stay at the hotel and just swim in the ocean days. It was fun to do a new water activity that was similar to tubing at the lake at home.
