Friday, Aunt Ivy and Uncle Charlie surprised us by coming to our house unexpectedly! Mom picked me up at basketball practice with them in the car. I freaked out when I saw Aunt Ivy in the front seat and then Uncle Charlie behind her. So, Saturday we went to the humane society for an hour. We walked a big St. Bernard dog, he was very good! Then three little puppies that were only five months old! Awww! They were so cute! And we went to check out the cats. After that Eddie and Uncle Charlie went up to the cabin to help dad with the remodeling. Then us girls went shopping at Best Buy, Michael’s and Target. We got the game Sequence (Aunt Ivy bought it for us) and I bought The Sweet Escape by Gwen Stefani CD! And some lace to make bracelets out of. Very cool! Then today they went home. And we didn’t go to church. Because mom got stuck and she couldn’t pick us up in time. So, we played DDR, Sequence, went to the sledding hill for like an hour and then came back home. I cleaned and made valentines for Courtney and Tabitha. So, it was a relaxing weekend. I talked to Linda online for a while, too. I almost think she likes me better than Meryl. Probably not though.

Present day me: I remember my aunt and uncle surprising me at school when my mom came to pick me up. I remember getting into the car and being emotional. I kept saying, “That’s not fair!” because I was surprised and really excited to see them! When I was growing up this particular aunt and uncle always took their time to spend with us. It was a fun time with them when I was a child!
