Saturday – at the cabin

So last night I went to work, ended up being me, Shelby and Jake closing. Both Andrea and Derek called in sick so I couldn’t hang out with him after work. We ended up getting out at 10. But I hung out with Eric and Taylor at the park. It wasn’t really fun, just good to get out. Eric walked me to the van before I left and we hugged. I don’t know what his feelings are for me, he always says hi to me at work and stuff. I’d say we’re just good friends and today I came up to the cabin with Meryl. I will hopefully go back into town for night games with everyone, so yeah. I’m going to have to start a new journal soon. There is only one page left. Wow. And I’d have to say this journal has some juicy stuff in it! My summer of rebellion! Sweet!! That’s it for now.

Monday

Worked from 5 til close. I worked in donations for most of my shift with Eric and Derek. It was pretty fun. After work – we got out at 10:05 – I dropped my car off and told mom I was going to the park for night games, but instead I went down to a different park to hang out with Derek. We laid in the grass and kissed and caressed. FRIDAY

Work. 5-close. Hunter called me, guilt trip. Delia’s birthday party. Stayed the night with Tabitha, Rhonda, Beth, and Kayla. Lots of fun! Played BS and Spoons. Texted with Derek, read cosmopolitan magazine – hot naked men. <3

SATURDAY

Perkins for brunch with the girls. Target with Delia for Brandon’s boxers. Went to the guys’ house, then Sonic, then I picked up Brad and Devin and went to Kayla’s for night games with Craig, Harry, Brad, Devin, Delia, Brandon and Grace. Brandon turned 17!

SUNDAY

Panera with Brad, Devin, Delia, Katie and Jake. Went to Scheel’s with Delia, Brad and Devin, took the boys home. Picked up Paula, went to the mall, came home, ate dinner and got ready for the AMBUSH! Picked up Tabitha and went to Kayla’s. We filled up water balloons, went to Brandon’s house and got all the guys outside – we got them with the balloons and they got us with the hose and buckets. It was me, Tabitha, Kayla, Delia and Kayla’s sister. It was AMAZING! We waited outside for them for like 20 minutes. I tapped on the basement window and they heard. I took Tabitha home and got home at 11:45!

Present day me: I remember Hunter took our breakup really hard. I think he didn’t completely understand why I broke things off with him and I wasn’t equipped with being able to communicate it accurately with him. The ambush we girls did on the guys was so fun! We all got dressed up in black and wore sunglasses at night and it was successful!

Monday

Talked to Rhonda on the phone for an hour, made up a nickname for Hunter – Cheney, long story. And then I talked to Cheney on the phone for two hours. We would have hung out but it was raining. So yeah. I went to work, Hunter stopped in, and we talked for a little bit. Got out on time, I went to night games at the soccer park. I invited Hunter but he said he was sore, it hurts when he walks, but he wouldn’t tell me exactly what because it’s embarrassing. Hmm… so yeah. Hopefully him and I will hang out tomorrow when he gets off work. Because he and I have things to discuss. We made a deal. He’ll get a Facebook if I save more money. Kind of a weird deal because I do save most of my money, but whatever. I feel like I have more to write, and I actually do, but I don’t really want to. Nothing more about today though. So, G’night!

Friday

Last night went to night games after work, stayed at Kayla’s with Delia, we stayed up til 4am watching He’s Just Not That Into You.

Today went to the bank and then hung out with Delia, at dinner at Famous Dave’s and had poker night, took pictures and hung out. Came home and have to go to work tomorrow with Hunter! 😊Yay! Let’s hope we have break together because we work the same hours.

Saturday

A lot of things have happened since the last time I wrote in here. Last weekend, a guy at work, named Hunter caught my attention. 😊 yeah, and on the way home from work last Sunday I was at a stoplight to turn left, he was two lanes over and when he passed we made eye contact! And we had break at the same time, but didn’t talk because there were two other ladies in there. And this whole Brandon thing – I don’t like him anymore. It’s weird that I go from one guy to another over a weekend, and I don’t feel guilty at all. So this past week was the last week of sophomore year. It was an okay one. Monday – went to Nelson’s for lunch. Tuesday – ordered Green Mill. Wednesday – Kwik trip with Rhonda, Craig and Brad. Thursday – Culvers with Andrea and Tabitha. I took pictures almost all days, in every class. Thursday night we played night games up by Brandon’s. There were five girls and all the guys. Wasn’t as good as the last time. I was partnered with Brandon though, which was fun. Friday I went out to Panera with Delia and then went to her house to work on the end of the year slideshow – which is amazing! Then we went to Andrea’s party. There were only five girls there too and a bunch of guys. Delia and I stayed over and now I’m at the cabin. Today was a lazy day. And now my hand hurts.

Sunday

I am in a state of happiness today. Eddie, Meryl and I came home from the cabin today and I hung out with Rhonda and Paula. We talked about the whole Hannah thing and then Brandon and me. After that a bunch of us went and played night games at Brandon’s. Paula, Delia, me, Ashley, Brandon, Brad, Devin, Harry, Garrett, Craig and Timmy. It was a good group. I got a sweatshirt to wear from Brandon and he gave me two hugs before I left and walked me to my car. 😊 and I think he was looking me over when I first got there and we were waiting in the street for everyone. I was wearing a tank top and shorts and I’m kind of tan. So, today was a pretty good day and tomorrow is pretty much going to suck. I’ll end up writing all about it in here. So yeah. I feel like Brandon and I are literally this close -> <- to going out. That’s about it for now.

Monday

Actually, today all I did was read Breaking Dawn. I’m almost done! Umm, so last week on Wednesday I went to Brandon’s 16^th Birthday Party. I hung out with Tabitha and Delia. It was a pretty good party. We played wii tennis and went down to this really small park. The girls and Brandon played 500 with a frisbee but instead of yelling numbers he yelled other things like, “free back massage from me.” We went back to his house and sat by a bonfire and had some smores.

So then on Friday I went to the mall with Paula and Rhonda. We went to Charlotte Russe, Younkers, Macy’s, deb and Ragstock. Tried on a bunch of dresses and took pictures. Then Friday night I went to Bridget’s house for some board game olympics. I was on the yellow team with Stacey. Then Delia and Bridget were on the pink team and Bailey was the only one on the green team because Tabitha couldn’t make it at the last minute. So, we played Guess Who, pink team won. Twister, pink team won. Sorry, yellow team was winning then pink won. And they were bragging and boasting. Stacey and I were getting really frustrated. But we kept playing. Catch Phrase, Clue, Apples to Apples – Yellow team won! (only game) and watched the show My Boys. I stayed up til 5 and fell asleep. Bailey slept too, but the other three went outside to walk around the block. I woke up at 8. Bailey had left already. And we played Sorry again, then mom came to pick me up. Some of my night was fun, but overall, it was pointless.

Present day me: I enjoy reading about these memories. They were fun times to remember as an adult! Even though board game olympics ended up being a losing streak for my team it’s still a fun concept to maybe try again with my current friends!
